Instructions

  1. Step 1: Get it ready

    • Put the coconut oil in a small, clean container (it goes soft when warm)

  2. Step 2: Brush

    • Apply a very thin layer with a finger brush or a soft toothbrush and gently brush the teeth.

    Tip: The brushing itself (the mechanical action) is what matters most – the “paste” is just a bonus.
